Welcome to Korean Cosmetics BD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of koreancosmetics.com.bd and any related pages, features, or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.

  • If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

  • Where permitted by law, we may refuse service, suspend/terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect customers, prevent misuse, or ensure platform integrity.

2) Orders & Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products shown on the Site. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order (even after submission) for reasons such as: product unavailability, pricing/content errors, suspected fraud/abuse, or delivery limitations to your address.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment is received, we will refund the affected amount using the applicable method.

  • We may send you transactional messages (SMS/email) such as order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery updates.

3) Product Information, Pricing & Availability

  • Prices, discounts, and offers may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order.

  • We aim to keep information accurate, but occasional mistakes (typographical/pricing/stock errors) can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update details.

  • Product images/descriptions are for reference. Actual color/shade may vary due to device display settings and batch/packaging updates from brands.

4) Payments

  • We accept payment methods available at checkout (e.g., mobile wallets, cards, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery where supported).

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method and the details provided are accurate.

  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card or wallet credentials on our servers.

5) Shipping & Delivery (Bangladesh)

  • We deliver across Bangladesh through courier/logistics partners. Delivery timelines displayed are estimates and may change due to courier capacity, remote area coverage, product availability, public holidays, weather, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss generally passes upon successful delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

  • Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

6) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns/refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy published on the Site.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, broken seals), except where damaged/defective/wrong or required by law.

  • For damaged/defective/wrong items, you must contact us promptly with order details and required evidence (such as unboxing video/photos) so we can resolve the issue.

7) Promotions, Coupons & Offers

  • Offers, coupon codes, and promotional campaigns are subject to validity periods and terms displayed at the time of issuance.

  • Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

  • We may modify, pause, or withdraw promotions where necessary (including if abuse/misuse is suspected).

8) User Content (Reviews, Ratings, Q&A)

  • You may submit reviews/ratings/questions/photos or other content (“User Content”) if it is lawful, respectful, non-infringing, and not misleading.

  • By submitting User Content, you grant Korean Cosmetics BD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish it on our Site and marketing channels (e.g., social media), solely for business and promotional purposes.

  • We may remove or edit User Content if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes;

  • violate intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • post false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful content;

  • attempt to compromise Site security (hacking, malware, unauthorized scraping);

  • use automated systems that overload the Site, except standard search engine indexing consistent with robots.txt and fair use.

10) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design) is owned by Korean Cosmetics BD or licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law for personal, non-commercial use.

11) Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may include third-party links/tools (e.g., payment providers, social platforms). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12) Communications & Consent

  • You may receive transactional communications related to orders, account security, and service updates.

  • Marketing messages (offers/newsletters) may be sent where permitted and/or with your consent. You can opt out anytime.

  • Transactional messages are not marketing and may be necessary to complete an order or provide essential updates.

13) Privacy

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korean Cosmetics BD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim generally will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korean Cosmetics BD and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

17) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, utility failures, courier disruption, or internet outages).

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect users and the Site. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site unless otherwise stated. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
